Founded by Aaron Coleman, our team brings deep experience across residential construction, project management, and quality control. We’re hands-on builders with a director-led approach, one that values communication, responsibility, and proactive problem- solving on site. Our mission is simple: to deliver smart, well-built homes through transparency, systems, and craft.

Aaron is the founder and driving force behind Coleman Residential. With over two decades of hands-on experience in residential construction, Aaron brings a rare mix of on-the-tools craftsmanship and systemised project leadership to every build.
As a Licensed Building Practitioner and working project manager, Aaron has delivered complex renovations, multi-unit developments, and bespoke architectural homes across Auckland. His focus is always on quality, not just in the final product, but in the process it takes to get there.
Aaron is known for his calm, communicative style and ability to lead teams through high-pressure environments with clarity and control.
